VPR Studios teachs the language of music through guitar, bass and piano. It is up to the student to develop their own sentences through the guidance that I provide. Many students feel overwhelmed by the thought of learning to read music. My goal is to make it easy as well as fun. I also provide opportunities for students to see other aspects of the music industry though field trips, clinics, recording sessions, and live concerts. |

What Will You Learn |

For all students they will learn Music Basics including reading music notation, theory, cheat sheets, charts, improvisation, Soloing, Scales, Ear Training, Timing and more. |

|
|
|
|
Guitar students will also learn Picking Techniques, rhythm notation, various styles of music such as Blues, Rock, Country, etc. |

|
|
Bass Students will also learn sight reading, finger & pick playing, |
|
|
|
|
|
Special Programs |
|
|
|
We have a program for mothers called "Rockin' Mommies". The program allows mothers with children in day care take music lessons in the late morning and early after noon hours. |
